Who Is Smart Business Solutions

Smart Business Solutions Technology Corp was founded in October of 2003. The company was established to provide quick services for multiple areas in the computer world (installations of servers and workstations, software installations,custom programming, website design, eCommerce and much more). We have been working in the computer industry, both programming and configuring servers since 1997. We are a Microsoft Partner and constantly receive product updates and programs that we test and either recommend or don’t recommend to our clients.

Our client base is composed from different areas of the industry (seafood, medical, boating, engineering, law firms, retail).Not only do we setup and configure our networks (organizing the wiring, servers, workstations, hardware, and software), but we also setup maintenance packages, that allows your system to continue running with limited downtime in the case of a disaster or server crash (onsite and offsite backups). We strive to maintain communication between our clients to ensure they are aware of current updates and also that their system and their backups are properly running. Whenever a problem occurs or an issue is reported,we try and resolve the issue as quickly as possible through a user initiated remote session. If the issue cannot be resolved, then one of our technicians are dispatched to the onsite location based on availability.

We tailor to our customer’s business. A client’s network is evaluated (hardware and software) and then a list of recommended changes will be derived from the results and presented. If special software or custom programming is needed, we do that too! Most of our custom programs are developed through Visual FoxPro or Visual Basic and can easily integrate into online website applications. If there is already a custom application in place, then we would also collaborate with the other IT company. We strive to create a business environment that runs efficiently, with today’s technologies.
